Just wanted to say a huge thank you on behalf of year 3 and Sir Alexander Fleming for another fantastic Stone Age Day. You are both so wonderful with the children, making them laugh and creating memorable learning. The children absolutely adored yesterday, I was receiving constant hugs from the children saying thank you for ‘the best day ever’. To have their learning being brought to life is something I know they will remember in many years to come. The year 3’s from last year came in to tell me they were very jealous the current year 3’s were having Stone Age day so you clearly have such a lasting impact. Also, thank you for being so flexible and accommodating with the children’s needs, it really was a wonderful day.

After scouring the Internet (for what felt like days), I stumbled upon Widget Workshops for our Roman history workshop.
From the moment they walked into the building, their professional yet enthusiastic attitudes for history proved that I had made the right choice.
They brought a range of activities from arch building, roman artefacts and VR headsets(!) to bring history to life for two Year 4 classes.
I would highly recommend them and look forward to them visiting us again.

for lots of them was the virtual reality experience as it helped create a highly immersive experience
for them.
The whole day was very well resourced and ran well with each activity being just the right amount of
time to hold the pupils interest. I will definitely be looking at booking another session again in the future for my next class. Thanks for a wonderful day.
